With a true digital line counter (based on line diameter input), autostop functionality, and manual override capability, this reel provides precision control while reducing angler fatigue. The powerful brushless motor produces up to 40 lbs of winding power, making it more than capable of handling deep-water rigs and large fish.
Paired perfectly with it is the Penn Ally™ II Electric Conventional Casting Rod, engineered specifically for electric reel use. The durable graphite composite blank offers strength and resilience under heavy loads, while premium components ensure smooth and reliable performance offshore. Featuring Seaguide® guides with aluminum oxide inserts, a heavy-duty roller or swivel top (model dependent), and an aluminum bent butt for secure rod holder placement, this rod is built to withstand the harshest saltwater environments.
